Looking to turn your passion for English into a rewarding teaching career? Our PGCE Secondary English programme at UEA is a one-year, full-time course that equips you with the skills, confidence, and classroom experience to teach pupils aged 11 to 16, with the added opportunity to explore post-16 teaching. You’ll learn how to plan and deliver inspiring lessons, assess student progress effectively, and build a positive, inclusive learning environment. Entry requirements

• Degree classification UK Bachelors degree
• 2:2 or above preferred, or it's equivalent* *Please note: It is at the discretion of the individual Initial Teacher Training provider as to whether an appropriate level has been satisfactorily achieved.
