- Master's scholarships: citizens or permanent residents of 46 eligible lower and upper middle income Commonwealth countries, including Bangladesh, Ghana, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. PhD scholarships (least developed countries and fragile states): citizens or permanent residents of 19 eligible countries including Bangladesh, Cameroon, The Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. Applications must go through a national nominating agency or eligible NGO; the CSC does not accept direct applications. Tenable at UK universities including Oxford and Edinburgh.
