For product questions, feature requests, bug reports, feedback on our content, or anything that doesn’t fit one of the other categories below. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Privacy + data requests
For requests related to your personal data - access, correction, deletion, portability, or any other right described in our Privacy Policy. Email us from the address registered on your account so we can verify ownership. We respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
Security reports
If you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, please email us before disclosing publicly. We respond to security reports within 1 working day and aim to fix critical issues within 7 days. We commit not to take legal action against good-faith security researchers.
Partnerships, agents, press
For registered migration agents interested in being listed, for university and scholarship providers who want to share data, for media enquiries, and for business partnerships. Please include a brief description of who you are and what you’re proposing.
Account-specific issues
If you’re already signed in, the fastest path is hello@zovra.me with subject “Account issue”. Include the email address on the account, but don’t send your password - we will never ask for it.
What we don’t do
zovrā provides general immigration information only. We do not:
- Provide legal advice or immigration advice
- Prepare or submit visa applications on your behalf
- Represent you with any government agency
- Guarantee any visa outcome
