Entry requirements
International applicants must hold a secondary-school qualification recognised as equivalent to New Zealand University Entrance. Common qualifications include Cambridge International A/AS Levels (around 120 points on the NZ tariff), the IB Diploma (typically a minimum of 24 points), or a recognised national school-leaving qualification; students who fall short can enter through the university's Foundation Studies programme or by completing at least one year of equivalent tertiary study.
