About this programme

The food agribusiness sector represents a key pillar of the Canadian economy. The B.Sc. in Food Industry Management provides students with fundamental and applied interdisciplinary skills in business, agribusiness and food science, along with experiential learning and possible internship opportunities to make them market-ready upon graduation. Core course content includes business management, agricultural commodities, bioproducts, transportation and processing, food safety;students will be exposed to unique cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives, hands-on training, and knowledge to encourage creativity and problem-solving skills necessary to meet the current and emerging needs in the food agribusiness job field post-graduation. Minimum Requirements for Degree (120 credit units)
