About this programme
Today, over 100 million people speak French fluently and almost 300 million people worldwide have some French-speaking skills. French is one of Canada's two official languages and is spoken not only in Western Europe and North America but also in large parts of Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Students in the French program will explore the French language, cultures and literatures, from the 17th century to the present day, including literature and culture from all over La Francophonie.
