Legal responsibilities in child welfare and protection is increasingly being focused upon within the public and privatedomain across all agencies, in terms of documentation and interagency working. This module provides an in depth focus on the legal and professional considerations which professionals from amultitude of agencies may find themselves in. This module focuses upon documentation, writing statements and court reports. Students will also have theopportunity to give evidence in a moot court. The module is delivered via a blended learning approach with one onsite taught day together with a flexible release ofon line material in order to facilitate a balanced work /life approach for busy practitioners.
