Postsecondary degree in the fields of psychology, sociology, social studies or child studies. OR Postsecondary 2-year or 3-year diploma in the fields of child studies, social service worker, educational support, child and youth care or community development. OR Postsecondary degree or diploma in a field not listed above. Applicants are required to submit documentation confirming demonstrated experience of volunteer and/or paid working hours in early learning (daycares and school ages zero to six years), validated by a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).
