About this programme

The BA in Community Education and Development aims to enable people working in the community and voluntary sector to work effectively as reflective community education and development practitioners. Using a community education methodology, participants are encouraged to reflect on and share their knowledge, expertise and practice within a collaborative learning environment.

Applicants must: Hold a L6 qualification in in Community Education e.g. Higher Certificate in Community Education and Development or equivalent. Be actively involved in community work, in either a voluntary or paid capacity. Possess a strong equality and inclusion ethos.
