Students will have to meet the minimum entry requirements for a Masters by Research degree at Monash University. The minimum qualifications for admission to MPhil enrolment are: a degree in Bachelor of Laws with upper H2B (a mark of 65 or above) in an honours year; or an equivalent legal qualification at a level which in the opinion of the GRC is equivalent or a satisfactory
