Entry requirements
PhD applicants normally need a relevant postgraduate honours degree or master's degree awarded with at least second-class honours (division one) — roughly a B+ average — and the prior qualification must include a significant research component. You must confirm your proposed research can be supervised at Lincoln and secure a main academic supervisor (plus at least one co-supervisor) before enrolment, and develop a formal research proposal early.
