About this programme

Nourish your interest in land and property and expand your career opportunities with one of the most comprehensive property business and management degrees in Australasia. Then take your pick from an expanding range of careers. Demand for both urban and rural property is outstripping supply. That creates a stream of openings for graduates of Lincoln University’s admired Bachelor of Land and Property Management. Study then pick your niche in valuation, investment, management, sales or another specialisation. You can even do a semester overseas.

Entry requirements

International applicants need a secondary-school qualification equivalent to New Zealand University Entrance. Recognised equivalents include Cambridge International A-levels (around 120 UCAS tariff points, with English and Maths at IGCSE), a completed IB Diploma with at least 24 points, and other approved national qualifications assessed country-by-country. Some programmes require specific subjects to have been studied at school, and applicants whose first language is not English must also meet Lincoln's English language requirements.
