About this programme

Requirements for the major include 13 courses and a fieldwork requirement (40 credits). These can be selected from a diversity of offerings available from different departments. In addition, students must take a core of three courses consisting of Introduction to Archaeology, World Prehistory, and Archaeological Method and Theory. Except for some field experiences, majors must complete all courses required for the major for a letter grade and receive a grade of C- or higher.
