About this programme

There will be no intake to this programme in September 2018 Plasma and vacuum technologies are widely used in the microelectronics, communications, biomedical and other modern manufacturing industries. This programme provides scientists and engineers working in these technologies with the skills relevant to process operations, design and development. The M.Sc. offers structured module-based training at postgraduate level. It is a part-time, web-based programme designed to upgrade and update the knowledge and skills of graduates currently employed or proposing to seek employment in relevant industries. It is delivered jointly by Dublin City University and Queen's University Belfast.
