Completion of an accredited four-year DDS (or equivalent) with a minimum A- average in the last two years. Graduates of non-accredited dentistry programs must have successfully completed the NDEB alternate pathway to certification or an Advanced Standing/Qualifying Program at an accredited dental institution.
