About this programme

This programme is the first postgraduate programme in Hong Kong designed specifically for the training of professional industrial organizational psychologists. Entry requirements

In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School, applicants should: For the PhD Stream possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent; have obtained an overall GPA of 3.5 or above or honours not lower than Second Class Upper; and have completed an individually supervised research thesis. have completed the following courses or their equivalent: PSYC5510 Talent Management PSYC6520 Engagement and Motivation in Organizations PSYC6530 Leadership and Group Dynamics PSYC6540 Organizational Placement I PSYC6550 Psychological Assessment at Work PSYC6560 Learning and Development PSYC6570 Seminar in Consumer Psychology PSYC6580 Seminar in Professional Issues
