About this programme
MPhil Stream: Students are required to complete a minimum of 39 units for graduation, including a minimum of 12 units of lecture courses, 24 units of thesis research courses and 3 units of seminar courses. PhD Stream: Students must pass the candidacy examination within 24 months from first entry. Fields of Specialization: Cell and Molecular Biology, Animal, Plant and Microbial Biotechnology, Physiology and Developmental Biology, Marine and Environmental Sciences.
