The Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Applied Economics and Management program entails 30 credit hours of training in applied economics and management through coursework and a capstone problem-solving project. All students are required to select one of six industry-focused concentrations. Students must meet general MPS AEM degree requirements in addition to concentration-specific coursework.
All Graduate School Requirements , including the English Language Proficiency Requirement Two letters of recommendation Academic Statement of Purpose Personal Statement Video Interview Resume or CV GMAT/GRE Score Report or Testing Waiver CEMS MIM In addition to the application requirements for MPS in AEM, students applying to the CEMS MIM must also meet the following application criteria: At least an undergraduate minor in business, or its equivalent. Satisfactory completion of coursework in all of the following areas is considered a business minor equivalent: Economics, Statistics, Business or Management, Financial Accounting, Finance, and Marketing. If you have not completed all of the business prerequisites, please indicate on the application how you plan to fulfill them before you enter the program. Early Admission Pathway The early admission pathway (EAP) enables qualified Cornell undergraduates to begin working on their MPS in AEM degree during the final semester of their undergraduate studies and complete the master's degree with only one additional semester of study. Minimum requirements for the early admission pathway to the MPS in AEM program are: Be in your junior year as a Cornell undergraduate.
