• Current tudy Benefit duration One-off Summary The GAM Scott Re earch Award wa e tabli hed with a gift from friend and a ociate of George Ander on MacDonald Scott and i offered to tudent or graduate re earcher enrolled in a re earch degree in Botany in the area of bryophyte or plant ecology who are undertaking field work.
• Preference will be given to re earch work involving bryophyte .
• Benefit Thi award provide a one-off payment of approximately $7000 (depending on the annual income from the gift).
• Amount:Up to $7,000 Duration: One-off Quantity: At lea t 1 Eligibility and election criteria Eligibility To be con idered for thi award, you mu t:Be enrolled in Honour or PhD in the field of Botany in the School of Bio cienceBe undertaking re earch that involve field work the area of bryophyte or plant ecology.
• Selection criteria The award i offered to the tudent or graduate re earcher( ) ranked highe t by the election panel ba ed on their re earch project and per onal tatement.
• Preference will be given to re earch work involving bryophyte if applicant are ranked in the top 75% of application .
• Condition Recipient mu t agree to the Univer ity haring their name and cour e detail with the donor of their cholar hip and provide a note of appreciation or a brief report on the benefit of the cholar hip if reque ted.
