What it is
Permit for foreign nationals resident in a foreign border zone who work in the neighbouring Swiss border zone. Commuters must return to their main place of residence abroad at least once a week. Third-country nationals need permanent residence in a neighbouring country, six months’ prior residence in its border zone, and must meet labour-market requirements.
