Working on this visa
Points-based since 18 October 2024: an applicant must score 100 points, and reaching 100 via an occupation on the critical skills list yields this visa. Employment offer is mandatory.
Bringing family
A spouse and dependent children are issued an appropriate visa valid for no longer than the critical-skills holder's own visa.
