Working on this visa

Activity limited to the intra-company/group transfer: senior managers, specialists with essential technical knowledge, or trainees, transferred between establishments of the same company or group of WTO member states (Lei Art 55.º(a)(b)).

Bringing family

Family reunification is reserved to residence-permit holders (Art 98(1)); temp-stay visa is not a residence permit. Family may apply for their own accompanying-family temporary-stay visa (Art 54(1)(h)).
