Holder may work in the whole territory in the activity specified in the visa or others, for one or successive employers (Art 56-D(1)); equal treatment with national workers (Art 56-D(2)). Sectors limited to the Government seasonal list.
Bringing family
No reunification (needs residence permit, Art 98(1)) AND the accompanying-family temp-stay visa expressly excludes seasonal-work holders (Art 54(1)(h); portal: family members of a seasonal work visa holder are not eligible).
