Authorizes subordinate or independent professional activity performed REMOTELY for a person/entity domiciled or headquartered OUTSIDE Portugal (Lei Art 54(1)(i)); proof of employment link or services relationship required (Art 54(4)).

Bringing family

Family reunification is reserved to residence-permit holders (Art 98(1)); temp-stay visa is not a residence permit. Family may apply for their own accompanying-family temporary-stay visa (Art 54(1)(h)).
