Working on this visa
Purpose clause covers medical treatment only (Art 54(1)(a)); Lei grants no work entitlement to this purpose, work-purpose temporary-stay visas are separate clauses of Art 54(1).
Bringing family
No reunification right (Art 98(1) requires residence permit); family may obtain their own temporary-stay visa to accompany the patient (Art 54(1)(g)) or to accompany a temporary-stay holder (Art 54(1)(h)).
