Purpose clause covers course attendance only (Art 54(1)(k)); Lei grants no work entitlement to this purpose, work-purpose temporary-stay visas are separate clauses (Art 54(1)(b)-(e),(i)-(j)).
Bringing family
No family-reunification right (Art 98(1) requires a residence permit holder); family may apply for their own temporary-stay visa to accompany the holder under Art 54(1)(h) (excluded only for seasonal-work holders).
