Working on this visa
Intern/volunteer permit holders may work, employed or self-employed, complementary to the visa activity (Lei Art 97(1)); no hour cap stated. The internship contract must state the internship does not replace a job post (Art 62(7)(e)).
Bringing family
For unremunerated-internship and volunteering permit holders, family reunification is limited to spouse, minor/incapable children and adopted minors (Art 99(3)); general sponsor rule requires a residence permit held >=2 yrs (Art 98(1)).
