Family members with a residence permit have the right to exercise employed and self-employed professional activity without any special authorisation (Lei Art 83(1)(b)-(c)); no hour cap in the law.
Bringing family
Sponsor: permit held >=2 yrs (Art 98(1)); 15 months for spouse after 18 months' pre-entry cohabitation (98(2)); no wait for minors or Art 90/90-A/121-A family (98(3)). Sponsor needs housing + means, no social support (101(1)).
