Working on this visa
Independent activity (liberal-profession services contract) or entrepreneurial investment (Art 60). Permit: company/activity declared + social security (Art 89(1)); incubated startups qualify (89(4)); may switch to employment (89(3)).
Bringing family
Family can apply for residence visas together with the applicant (Art 58(5)). Later reunification sponsor needs a residence permit valid >=2 years (Art 98(1)); family = spouse, minor/dependent children, dependent ascendants (Art 99).
