Working on this visa
Remote work (employee or independent) only for persons/companies domiciled or seated OUTSIDE Portugal (Art 61-B); employment link or services provision must be demonstrated; portal also requires proof of fiscal residence.
Bringing family
Family can apply for residence visas together with the applicant (Art 58(5); portal 'accompanying family member' section). Later reunification sponsor needs a permit valid >=2 years (Art 98(1)); family per Art 99.
