Key requirements
- Employer must be a Hong Kong resident with household income of approximately HKD 15,000+ per month
- Standard Employment Contract (Form ID407) signed by both parties
- Minimum wage of HKD 5,100 per month (subject to periodic review)
- Employer must provide suitable accommodation and food or food allowance
- Helper must reside at the employer's address
- No security objection and no known record of serious crime

Bringing family
Not an eligible sponsor category under the prevailing dependant policy.
