What it is
Permanent residence pathway in which provinces and territories nominate skilled workers, business people, students and semi-skilled workers who meet labour-market needs in that province. Nominees may apply via Express Entry (with a 600-point boost) or the non-Express Entry stream.

- Note: Quebec and Nunavut do not operate PNPs
