Key requirements
- Skilled work experience in NOC TEER 0/1/2/3, minimum 1 year continuous or 1,560 hours within last 10 years
- Approved language test in English or French meeting CLB threshold in all 4 abilities
- Completed secondary or post-secondary education, plus Educational Credential Assessment if foreign
- Score at least 67/100 on the FSW selection factor grid
- Show proof of settlement funds (unless legally working in Canada with a valid job offer)
- Be admissible to Canada and plan to live outside Quebec
