Key requirements
- At least 2 years full-time (or 3,120 hours total) of skilled trades work experience in eligible NOC groups within the last 5 years
- Either a valid full-time job offer of at least 1 year OR a certificate of qualification issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority
- Meet language minimums of CLB 5 speaking/listening and CLB 4 reading/writing
- No formal education requirement (Canadian or assessed foreign credentials boost CRS rank)
- Show proof of settlement funds (unless legally working in Canada with a valid job offer)
- Be admissible to Canada and plan to live outside Quebec
