Entry requirements
- Applicants for admission must hold an MBChB degree or equivalent medical degree. The nature of the research project must require the candidate to have specialist clinical knowledge and/or skills in order to complete at least one aspect (e.g. recruitment/assessment of patients, acquisition of experimental samples, experimental procedures, interpretation of findings) of the study. Consequently, it is expected that all MD candidates will have a clinician as part of the supervisory team.
