About this programme

A part-time Master's in Educational Leadership delivered through flexible blended learning with online learning combined with two annual in-person workshops. Designed for teachers and educators looking to move into leadership roles, equipping them with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to tackle real-world challenges in education while remaining in their current role.

Entry requirements

• A good honours degree (minimum 2:1) or overseas equivalent and a recognised teacher training qualification or at least one year's professional experience in an educational organisation. Must be currently working in an educational-related role. Non-standard entry available for those with 2:2 degrees and 3+ years experience, or 8+ years at managerial level.
