Entry requirements 2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Property-related subjects e.g. architecture, real estate management, land economics, construction management, quantity surveying, building science, civil engineering; also relevant social science or quantitative subject (e.g. cost engineering, financial engineering, engineering management, business studies, urban studies, law, management, economics, accounting, mathematics and, international finance). Social sciences, including but not restricted to the likes of politics and international relations are also considered along with geography. We may sometimes accept degrees at 2.2 Hons or non-UK equivalent.
