Vietnam Excellence Scholarship

Who it is for

• To get this scholarship you must: be a resident of Vietnam who would be eligible to pay the overseas tuition fee have a conditional or unconditional offer to study any in-person, full-time,
• postgraduate master’s programme pay your tuition fee deposit by Monday 31 August 2026 We determine residency as where you have been living for a 3-year period or longer before the start of the course.
• This does not include where you are living for study purposes, if it is somewhere different from your place of permanent residency.
• Conditions of getting the scholarship The £4,000 is available as a tuition fee reduction on the first year of study.
• If you are already in receipt of a scholarship award from us or you become eligible for another scholarship award from us, we will apply 50% of the value of the Excellence Scholarship award.
• This will be applied on top of any other Southampton award you receive as long as the combined value of both awards does not equal more than 100% of your tuition fees.
