Who it is for
- Nationals of eligible World Bank member developing countries (no dual developed-country citizenship), with a bachelor's degree earned at least three years before the deadline, at least three years of paid development-related employment within the past six years, current full-time development employment, good health, and unconditional admission to a participating development-related master's programme outside their country of citizenship/residence. Covers tuition, basic medical insurance, a monthly subsistence allowance (varies by host country), round-trip economy airfare plus USD 600 per trip, for the programme duration or two years, whichever is less.
