Jardine Foundation Scholarship (Jardine Oxford & Cambridge Schemes)

Who it is for

• Applicants must have been a national or resident of Cambodia, the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand or Vietnam for at least 7 years, and be accepted at a partner college: at Oxford, Exeter, Oriel, The Queen's or Trinity College (at Cambridge: Downing, Magdalene, Peterhouse, Trinity). Undergraduates must normally be within seven years of completing secondary school; selection weighs academic achievement, leadership, community commitment and financial need.

Good to know

Undergraduate awards run three or four years; postgraduate awards up to four years. Covers university tuition fees, college fees, an annual stipend paid in three instalments, the UK Immigration Health Surcharge, and economy airfare to the UK at the start and home at the end of the course. Scholars generally may not hold other scholarships.
