Who it is for
- For Indian nationals ordinarily resident in India with a first-class degree from an Indian university and no degree from outside India, starting a new full-time Master's or DPhil; awarded on academic merit and financial need, with an expectation of returning to India. At Oxford one further award each year goes to a national of a non-Indian country on the DAC list of Other Low Income or Least Developed Countries.
